Each and every day, I discover a new leadership lesson. This follows the simple notion: leaders are first and foremost learners. As a leader, you must seek opportunities to learn and grow. As a learner, you explore new ideas, challenge your assumptions and embrace diverse perspectives.
Over the years, I began compiling a list of my key leadership lessons. These lessons have emerged after reflecting upon my daily learning experiences. I began to ponder my ethical values, how I work in teams and what methods I have used to promote collective engagement. These lessons will serve as a guide as you begin to reflect on your leadership journey and your key learning experiences.
