How to Get a Speedy Answer to a Question Using the Web

There are a ton of places where you can post questions that other community members can answer, but how to ensure that your question does get answered? For every "top question" that has a ton of answers on any forum, there are hundreds that were never answered by anyone.
What you do is post your question and then log in as another user and answer your question incorrectly (but in a way that is reasonable). While people tend to not always want to answer questions, our nature is that we often just can't stand to pass up an opportunity to correct someone with our superior knowledge--nothing appeals to our ego more. Pretty soon, you will have one or more people writing in with the correct answer with the great detail to point out just how wrong the previous (your) answer was.
