One of the most time-consuming and annoying things is to have to listen to a friend trying to make a decision but is unable to commit. Most people actually know what they should do but they debate themselves for other reasons. How can you help them make the right decision?

The answer is simple: Suggest to the friend to flip a coin to decide between the two main options open to them. The point here is to recognize that it is not about the coin flip itself.
