Franz Kafka frequented nudist resorts but refused to remove his trousers. He was, by all accounts, extremely self conscious and unhappy with his appearance. Nude spas were all the rage at one point during his lifetime, and although he went because he believed it would be beneficial to his health, he refused to remove any clothing below the waist.

Yep, so basically he would be the only person walking around nude spas with his pants on.
