Jeffrey Clements is a cofounder and general counsel of Free Speech for People, a national, nonpartisan campaign to oppose corporate personhood and pass the People’s Rights Amendment.
Ellen P. Goodman, Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law and Free Speech For People Legal Advocacy Committee Member, writes on the recent corporate takeover of the First Amendment in the San Francisco Bay Area.

On the other side — an NGO arguing in favor of a more humanistic understanding of free speech protections — is Free Speech for People. It is the sole nonprofit fighting the “corporations are people” expansion of corporate largesse.”
