While moderated levels of stress can motivate scholars to study, extreme stress can be detrimental. In the long term, students who experience extreme stress can suffer from anxiety, hormonal imbalances, heart complications, as well as respiratory and gastrointestinal complications. While anyone can experience stress, students are most vulnerable. Today, educators observe that learners are disengaged and as the substantial number have considered suicide.  Since teachers cannot solve this issue individually, parents and communities must collaborate to create efficient learning environments for students.
