Sitting for an interview, a job applicant was asked, "What would you consider to be the sources of your main strength and greatest weakness?""Well," the interviewee began,"my main weakness would definitely be my issues with perceiving things as fact versus what is just a false assumption or an illusion - telling what’s real from what’s not."
The interviewer thought this was an especially deep and poignant revelation. He then asked, "And what would be the source of your greatest strength?"
"I’m Batman."
Moral of the Story: Sometimes our strengths and weaknesses are the same things.
