Ralph E. Grubb is an industrial-organization development psychologist and president of Performance Improvement Associates in Yorktown Heights, New York. He founded the consulting firm after a distinguished career at IBM. In recent years he has been a consultant to many of the top Fortune 100 firms on subjects ranging from distance learning to performance improvement. He has served on the board of trustees for both the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester and the Regents College, the University of the State of New York, Albany. He has authored more than two dozen publications on the topics of instructional technology and performance improvement.
