Richard L. Daft is the Ralph Owen Professor of Management and the Director of the Center for Change Leadership in the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. In his corporate consulting, as well as the Executive MBA program at Vanderbilt, he has taught Change Leadership to upper and middle level managers at more than 100 companies. He is the author of two bestselling textbooks, Organization Theory and Design and Management. His latest book, Fusion Leadership, is coauthored by Robert H. Lengel.
