Bill Upton served as vice president and CFO for Edwards Brothers Malloy, which was one of the leading book printers in the U.S. and for many years one of BK’s principal book printers. He previously served on BK’s board from 1999 to 2015. Bill is a past president of the Book Manufacturers’ Institute. After earning an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, Bill began working full time at Malloy in 1981 and served in a variety of roles in customer service, sales and manufacturing before becoming Malloy’s president in 1998. After Malloy merged with Edwards Brothers in 2012, Bill took on the role of vice president and CFO.
