Edward Betof Ed.D., is Senior Fellow and Academic Director of the Executive Program in Work Place Learning Leadership at The Wharton School and Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania. He formally served as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Becton, Dickinson and Company and has also served as member of the ASTD Board of Directors (2004-06) and Chair of the Executive Committee, Conference Board’s Council Learning, Development and Organizational Performance (2005-2007).
